引言 国标舞基本功技巧剖析前4篇主要针对摩登舞,尽管其中不少内容涉及拉丁舞,总体上涵盖拉丁舞。因为一些经典教材介绍五种拉丁舞时,多谈舞种起源与特色风格,涉及基本功方面带共性的具体内容一带而过,本文企图填补这一空白,尽量以简洁的叙述,概括拉丁舞共性与基本功精髓。
[上篇] 拉丁舞共性
1、体态与握持。伸脖,挺胸,收腹,直腰,缩臀,全身保持自然挺拔的同时,四肢放松。握持有单手和双手两种。
2、引带与站位方式。引带方式有腹部中位和头部上位两种。站位方式有伸臂状态下,闭式(二人相对)、全开(二人平行)、半开(二人90度)三种。
3、动力源。胯部为动力源,上身和四肢所有运作均来自胯部的8字形摆动,即在臀部紧缩前提下,由胯部发力,牵引全身运动。
4、力量传递方式。呈辐射状,即以胯部为发力中心,依次渐进,沿平面方向四处扩散延伸,形成"蛇摆尾"状的骨诺米牌效应。
5、下身运动。在缩臀前提下胯部发力,力量沿大腿、小腿、脚背(髁关节)传至脚尖(趾部),并以脚趾实现(表现)胯部的摆动轨迹。以8字形为基础,不同舞种有不同的轨迹和节奏。

拉丁舞的小窍门
If you master the basics, you can continue advancing.
If not, you will get worse and continue with bad habits.
如果你的基本步熟练了,你可以继续难度高的学习。
如果你的基本步还不熟,你会跳得更糟,并且以坏习惯继续下去。
If you master the basics, your body will remember and you won't forget.
如果你精通基本步,你的身体会记住它,而且你不会忘记。
If you don't master the basics, you will just be remembering with your head, and you won't be able to feel the rhythm or apply the formula. You will forget quickly. In the end, you won't be able to learn anything.
如果你的基本步还不熟练,那你就只能用大脑记忆舞步,你不能感觉节奏或者应用规律。你会很快忘记。到最后,你还是什么都学不到。
People who master the basics can enjoy, and feel good from, practicing the basics.
精通基本步的人才能享受,并且在练习基本步当中得到乐趣。
For people who do not master the basics, practicing basics is boring.
对于没有精通基本步的人来说,基本步练习是乏味的。
On days when your basics are good, you will feel good dancing.
当你基本步走好的那一天,你跳舞时感觉会非常好。
Those days when your basics are not good, you will not feel good dancing.
在你的基本步还没走好的日子里,你跳舞时感觉不会好。
If you master the basics, you will be able to advance in any type of dance.

Lead and Follow 领带和跟随
The lead is not 100% of the dance. The lead is 50% and the following is 50%. Put them together and we can enjoy dancing with each other 100%. The follower always needs to contribute 50%. To follow means to help the leader also. The follow is as important and difficult as the lead. Men should be careful to lead the woman softly and gently so that the woman is not uncomfortable.
领带的重要性不是百分之百。领带占百分之五十,跟随占百分之五十。将二者结合我们才能百分之百地彼此分享共舞的快乐。跟随同时也意味着帮助领带。跟随的重要性和难度和领带是一样的。男人必须以轻柔,文雅的动作小心地领带女人,这样才能不让女人感到不舒服。
If we have a 100% perfect lead and a 100% perfect follow, we can not only enjoy dancing, but we can also dance feeling very comfortable. To feel very comfortable with our partner, we need good basics, we need to get into the rhythm and listen carefully to the music.
假如我们有百分百完美的领带和百分百完美的跟随,我们不仅能享受舞蹈的乐趣,而且我们还会感到非常地舒适。要想与我们的舞伴感觉舒适,我们需要好的基本步,需要非常用心地听音乐,进入音乐的韵律中。
Anyone can dance well with an advanced partner, but that goes without saying. If you can dance well with a beginner, then you can say that you can dance well. Please don't forget!
勿须多言,每个人都能和一个好舞伴跳好一支舞。但是只有当你能与一个初学者跳好,那么你才能说你跳得好。请不要忘记这一点!
Listen to Music 听音乐
It is very important to listen to the music carefully during dancing. And we need to harmonize with the music and with our partner also.
跳舞时用心听音乐是非常重要的。而且我们也需要在音乐中与舞伴达到协调。
But we often forget to listen to the Music carefully. Because we are thinking about variations, stylings and other things too much, or just think we are listening to the music. But in fact we are not listening to the music carefully.
但是我们经常忘记认真听音乐。因为我们在太多地考虑花样,舞步的变化等其它的东西,或者说我们以为自己在听音乐。事实是我们没有在认真地听音乐。
Please try to listen to the music with your eyes closed. Now you are listening to the music. You will be able to feel much more from the music.
请在听音乐时试着闭上你的眼睛。现在你在听音乐。你会从音乐中感受到许多,许多你未曾感到过的东西。
Please don't forget to appreciate the musician who makes a lot of beautiful songs.
请不要忘记感谢创造出这么多美妙音乐的音乐家们.

6、上身运动。
在缩臀前提下胯部发力,力量沿上身(腹、胸、背)、大臂、小臂、手腕,传至指尖。以上身扭转(反身动作)以及臂的摆动方位,实现(表现)胯部的摆动轨迹。
[下篇] 基本功精髓
1、发力与回力。动力源与力量传递方式,必须遵循"脚随身动"原则。身体任何部位、任何状态的动力源均来自胯部摆动。只有遵循这一原则,才会形成"蛇摆尾"状的骨诺米牌效应。才会感受到类似杨丽坤孔雀舞效应。由腰挎发力产生脚部和手部的回力(反作用力)是这样形成的:(伦巴为例)右胯发力传至脚底--右脚底发力传至左手腕--左手腕引带力传至对方右手腕--对方右手腕回力传至左胯部--左胯部发力传至左脚底。瞬间完成引带与被引带的动作。
2、下身的保持垂直。胯部摆动效果通过脚的轨迹来实现(表现);为了配合胯部的8字形摆动,在臀部紧缩前提下,脚趾应走内弧线,膝盖应向内扣,随动力腿重心移动到任何位置时,下身外侧始终与地面垂直,而且最大限度地向里凹,从而达到双重效果:慢节奏的动作造型美;动作的快节奏得以实现。
3、上身的"反身"运用。"左脚向前(后)身往左(右)转,右脚向前(后)身往右(左)转"的反身动作,贯穿在包括扭秧歌在内的,所有行走奔跑的自然协调中。反身动作的这一自然协调,也是力量传递的需要,互为因果。胯部发力在上身的力量传递,必须通过反身动作来实现。只有通过反身动作的这一自然协调,并沿臂部渐次延伸到手指,才可能达至最协调的效应和最美的效果。
