of course, in the hospital, he could not escaped those examing...and what`s more, 

the horrible thing: he was given an injection!!!

and i had to accompany him for nearly an hour in the hospital...

so, i hope that every body can keep a perfect healthy body espcially in these days, 

as we know, the Chinese lunar year is coming soon.

and we don`t wish to be in the hospital to pass the sweet time at that momment...

the most important thing is to take more exersice, especially under such bad  

situation , the damming weather.  and to live a regular life, don`t drink too, not to 

stay up too late at night...
