Teamwork: Simply stated,
it is less me and more we.
this sentence is what i read just now on li yang---crazy english's blog. teamwork plays an important role in nowdays community. but sometimes we found it hard to work in a team. i meant teamwork sometimes seemed to be inefficient. it is time-consuming and just came out no result.
but in return, if the team memebers are all work together, willing to pay efforts. the critical element in succeeding i think is the leader of the team. if the leader can control the group member and set a good example himself or herself, then the team will work well.
